Similar to the 6 month package, that includes strategies for success in all 4 pillars of the Eat4YourLife program: food, movement, sleep, stress, but with a more targeted approach. You will receive a customized plan tailored to meet your needs that includes 2 50-minute sessions a month plus weekly check-ins. You will receive the same one-on-one support as the 6 month program (whenever you need it) along with checklists and how-to's about what and how to eat, how to get set-up for success, recipes and meal ideas, an easily doable exercise plan and strategies to up your sleep and decrease your stress. If you have a goal with a deadline, an upcoming wedding, reunion, or looking towards bathing suit weather, this may be the package for you.
