We will look at where you are now and put together a customized plan to help you get the results you are looking for. Whether you are simply looking to feel better and don't know where to begin or you are following a doctor's orders, I am here to guide you on your journey to better health. You will receive one-on-one support from me (whenever you need it) along with checklists and how-to's about what and how to eat, how to get set-up for success, recipes and meal ideas, an easily doable exercise plan and strategies to up your sleep and decrease your stress. I will be your cheerleader, your motivator and keep you on the straight and narrow during this journey. Our contacts will include 2 50-minute sessions a month plus weekly check-ins.
