Similar to the 6 month package, that includes strategies for success in all 4 pillars of the Eat4YourLife program: food, movement, sleep, stress, but with a more targeted approach. You will receive a customized plan tailored to meet your needs that includes regularly scheduled one-on-one support every week for the first month, followed by check-ins at least monthly, with recipes, an exercise plan and strategies to up your sleep and decrease your stress.
This package includes everything you need to get headed down the road to better health: a kitchen/pantry assessment, food planning for a week, shopping for the week (a field trip to grocery store and Farmers Market when possible), and one-on-one cooking for the week done in your home.
